Coalition casualties have skyrocketed this month, averaging 5.12 coalition soldiers killed per day, which would make it, on average, the most costly month in Iraq since March 2003. This despite the fact that U.S. vehicles are much tougher nowadays, that they have electronic countermeasures, that all our soldiers have body armor, and that many of the people dying are trained veterans of Iraq/Afghanistan. You have to wonder how bad things would be if we weren't so prepared.
WIth all of these Coalition lives lost every month, I sure hope they're managing to paint a whole lot of schools.
