Stephen Hawking gave a speech at an event in Trafalgar Square organized to remember those killed in Iraq...

"As many as 100,000 people have died, half of them women and children. If that is not a war crime, what is?"

Of course, what he fails to say is that 100,000 Iraqis killed by the Bush regime is less than the 250,000 or so killed by Saddam. But keep in mind that Bush has only been on the job for a year, while Saddam had decades to kill that many people.
