Vox Termini?!
Oh goodness gravy! it appears that SixApart's new blogging service, Vox, may be stepping on the toes of a preexisting blogging service/community called voxtropolis.com, which opened for business last year.
Voxtropolis regularly refers to itself as Vox on their website, and it's logo is quite definitely Vox-y.

Seems to me like it's a real break for Voxtropolis, who arguably have a pretty open-and-shut case should they choose to pursue it, and who could, at minimum, expect to leverage this issue for a lot of free attention for their site.
Expect more information on this as it becomes available.
