Another coalition partner bows out.

After their parliament voted down extending their troops' stay in Iraq last month, the last of Hungary's soldiers left Iraq today.

Expect Poland and the Ukraine to be the next to either leave or make major cuts in their deployments over the next few months. Poland has already announced a cut of at least 700 troops in Mid-February, and growing disapproval may force the Polish government to make even larger cuts. Approximately 70% of Poles support the immediate withdrawl of their troops from Iraq.
