Iraq irony by the bucketload.

  • What would you name your business if you were providing security services in a hostile environment? Might I suggest the worst possible choice?

  • The Coalition Provisional Authority are a bunch of Ali Babas. They even stole the design for their website from The Brookings Institution. They've been notified of their faux pas, and are thankfully starting to make some subtle changes to the site. That said, it's interesting to note their odd choice of meta keywords they list to help sites like Google index their site. These keywords include:
Oil, mass, destruction, RPGs, Bechtel, Halliburton, KBR, weapons, WMD

  • Congrats... The first clear evidence of WMD in Iraq! The keywords "Iraq", "democratic", and "government" are missing from their meta data, but at least the contractors are getting some lovin'.

Time to fire the P.R. department.
