New Mexico gets into the act.

Sandoval County in New Mexico will start issuing marriage licenses for same-sex couples too, saying that state law isn't entirely clear and that refusing to issue marriage licenses to gay couples could open the county to legal action.

Makes you wonder how many other states have similar laws regarding marriage which do not specifically mention gender. If there are others, then by all means, same-sex couples should consider suing to get married.

Goes to show that this isn't an entirely isolated incident...
