You got that right! If $344 Billion hadn't gone else where, then New Orleans, America, would have a better chance of coming through this mess a lot quicker.

I love the expression and gesture of the guy in the background. The frown of concentration and holding hands out just so are something I see in parents who are letting a 3 year old do something stupid with something valuable.
