ACLU declares war on Donald Rumsfeld.
The ACLU and Human Rights First have filed a lawsuit against Donald Rumsfeld in his homestate of Illinois, on behalf of eight men tortured by US forces in Afghanistan. The suit alleges that Rumsfeld signed off on the policies that led to the torture, and bears the responsibility.
